Terror of Dracula is a 2012 low-budget Video horror film directed by Anthony D.P. Mann and produced by Bill Bossert based on the novel "Dracula" by Bram Stoker. The movie is an attempt to follow the book more closely, but follows a more atmospheric narretive. The film was starring: Anthony D.P. Mann, Terry Wade, Matt Davis, Denise Wedge and Barry Yuen as Renfield.
Plot[]
The English solicitor Jonathan Harker recovers in an Hungarian hospital from the terrible events he suffered at the hands of his mysterious client, Count Dracula at his castle in Transylvania. Meanwhile the American Quincey Morris and his newly-married wife Lucy call in the help of Prof. Abraham Van Helsing due to a mysterious illness which befell Lucy. Dr. Jack Seward wonders what the conncection is with his ex-college Renfield. Mina Harker Jonathan's fiance fears for Jonathan. Has Count Dracula re-astablished his reign of terror in England?

"Terror of Dracula" was a Canadian low-budget Video production directed by Anthony D.P.Mann based on a screenplay by Bill Bossert. It was shot in Ontario among other places. The movie is an attempt to follow the novel more closely. Anthony D.P. Mann previously directed: "Sherlock Holmes and The Shadow Watchers" (2010) and another Dracula film entitled "Dracula in Canada" (2008). Anthony D.P. Mann called it: "a film for purists."
Critical Reception []
"Terror of Dracula" got largely negative reviews from critics. On IMDB it got only one star and was given only a 2,5 while others called it "a decent adaptation"
